• UPDATE YOUR LINKEDIN PROFILE! LinkedIn is not only for those in the business world. Nurses should be using LinkedIn and staying active, just like any other social media account. Your remote nursing job just might be on LinkedIn!

• GET NURSING EXPERIENCE! In my search for a remote nursing job, many of the job requirements asked for at minimum 2 years of nursing experience. It’s safe to say finding a remote job straight out of nursing school might be a bit difficult. Try to find a unit or clinic you love and gain some experience before diving into the remote world.
